Real Madrid and Tottenham’s relationship

Madrid signed Luca Modric for 35 million euros and so are hoping that they will once again get Eriksen for a good price. This may not be the case.

Why they want Eriksen

The spanish giants are looking for successors of many players in their first VI as some of their key players are over 30 years old.

Some Real Madrid key players and their ages.

Marcelo, 30.
Luca Modric, 33.
Karim Benzema, 30.
Sergio Ramos, 32.

Clearly, they need a lot of replacements for their midfield, defense and attack.

But will not need a Goalkeeper any time soon, Thibaut Courtois got them covered.

So, the Spanish Giants have strengthen their team with players like Dani Ceballos and Alvaro Odriozola.

Possibly because the 2018 Fifa best player, the european best player and nominee for the Ballon d’or, may be coming to the end of his career.

But we all know that buying youngstars would not be enough. They will need more experienced players. Hence the interest in Eriksen.
